Rooted in Native traditions and resilience, Shayne Dean is an enrolled CTUIR tribal member, proud father of six (and now Papa to two grandkids), and a man on a mission to create generational wealth through sustainable impact. Born and raised in Moscow, Idaho, Shayne’s early life was spent high lead logging in the rugged forests of the Pacific Northwest.

He also played 9 years of semi-pro football, a testament to his grit, strength, and drive.

After earning his degree in Native Environmental Science with an emphasis on sustainable energy, Shayne spent six years consulting in the solar energy industry, guiding families toward eco-conscious, cost saving power solutions.

Now, Shayne is walking a new path—partnering with the BYLD Network to help digital creators, influencers, and families unlock real, monthly income without selling or begging for brand deals.
